Metal halide perovskites are a class of materials with amazing photoelectric-physical properties and significant cost advantage, remarkable research progress has been made in many fields including perovskite photovoltaic/luminescence/detection. In the past decade, the deepening understanding of the material itself, the iterative improvement of the preparation process and device structure are the key factors for its rapid breakthrough. Future research will focus on further exploring the photoelectric loss mechanism of photoelectric devices and the failure mechanism of material-device. It is important to promote the industrialization process via constructing an efficient and stable interface and developing a compatible preparation process for mass production. This special issue focuses on these above topics and provides meaningful references to potential solutions in the development of perovskite solar cells and X-ray detectors.
Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are a class of materials with abundant structural configurations and novel physical properties. Employing the high-throughput calculation approach, this paper systematically evaluates the synthesizability and exfoliability of TMDs, covering 16 crystal configurations including both layered and non-layered phases, providing a reference basis for the synthesis of those materials.
